All products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities and discontinue products without notice.

Any applicable delivery fees, taxes, or duties are shown at checkout (where available). If you are ordering from outside the UK, local import duties/taxes may apply and are your responsibility.
5) Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. An order is only accepted when we send you an order confirmation / dispatch confirmation email.

- a product is incorrectly priced due to an error,
- a product is unavailable,
- we suspect fraudulent activity,
- payment is not authorised.
If we cancel an order after payment, you will be refunded the amount paid for the cancelled items.

We accept payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. We do not store full payment card details.
7) Shipping & Delivery
Delivery options, costs, and estimated timescales are shown at checkout and/or on our Shipping Policy page.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control (carrier delays, customs checks, peak periods).
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address provided.
8) Returns & Refunds
Returns rules and timeframes are set out in our Returns/Refund Policy. Please review that policy before purchasing.
Where applicable, your statutory rights are not affected.
Important:
- Items must be returned in original condition (unworn/unused) with all packaging and tags (if applicable), unless faulty.
- For hygiene reasons, certain items (e.g., earrings) may be non-returnable if stated in the Returns/Refund Policy.
- If a return is approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method.
9) Bespoke / Custom Jewellery
Bespoke items are made to order and/or personalised to your specification.
Unless required by law, bespoke/custom items are typically non-refundable once production begins. This includes changes of mind, style preferences, or sizing issues where measurements were approved by you.
If your bespoke item arrives faulty or not as agreed, contact us and we will assess the issue and offer an appropriate remedy.
10) Promotions, Discount Codes & Gift Cards
Discount codes:
- cannot usually be combined unless stated,
- may exclude certain items (e.g., limited releases),
- must be used before checkout (cannot be applied after an order is placed),
- may be withdrawn at any time.
Gift cards (if offered) are subject to their own terms, including expiry [if any].
11) The Vault of Juls (Members Area)
Some areas of the Site may be restricted to members (“Vault”).
If you create an account, you are responsible for:
- keeping your login details secure,
- ensuring account information is accurate,
- all activity under your account.

Vault access may be instant or approval-based depending on how we run the programme at the time. Any benefits, eligibility, and access conditions will be described on the Vault pages.
